We are back in our apartment in San Diego slowly getting over our jet lag and it's good to be in our own space again. The weather has been glorious, blue skies, low humidity and temperature in the 70's. No wonder there are so many people here.

Thanksgiving has come and gone and we had a quiet, healthy Thanksgiving dinner with Julie and no turkey was sacrificed for the occasion. Mostly chores done last week but we will get to do some running about and visit with some friends next week.
The Mo is coming along now after three weeks and again I'd like to thank all those who have made a donation to the very worthy cause of Men's Health
